Privacy notice
Last updated 24 October 2026
This notice explains what personal information hospital.contact collects when you use the site, and what we do with it.
Who we are
hospital.contact is run by Jetnor Muhaj. If you have a question about your personal information, email hello@hospital.contact.
What we collect
When you browse the site: we don’t use cookies, and we don’t use analytics or advertising tools that track you. Like almost every website, our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically records technical information when your browser requests a page, such as your IP address, the page requested and your browser type. This is used to deliver the site and keep it secure.
When you search: search runs entirely in your browser. What you type isn’t sent to us.
When you email us: we receive your email address, your message and anything else you choose to include. We use this only to reply to you and, if you’re reporting a mistake, to correct the page. Please don’t send us medical or other sensitive personal information. We can’t give medical advice.
Our legal basis
We process this information because we have a legitimate interest in running a secure website and in responding to messages and correcting mistakes.
How long we keep it
- Hosting logs are kept by our hosting provider for a short period, under its own retention policy.
- Emails are kept for as long as we need them to deal with your message, and then deleted. Correction reports are deleted within 90 days of being resolved.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell or share your personal information. Our hosting provider processes technical information on our behalf.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of your personal information, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to how we use it. Email us to make a request.
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Changes to this notice
We’ll update this page if we change how we use personal information, for example if we add analytics. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
